Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your overland gear. You have [30] days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom Orders: Any gear custom-fabricated or modified to your specifications.

Installed Gear: Any item that has been mounted, bolted, or wired to a vehicle cannot be returned for a refund.

Closeout/Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.
4. Restocking Fees

A [15%] restocking fee may apply to large items (such as racks, bumpers, or tents) to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.
5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wildwatercc@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
